One should swallow their pride and realize when they're lying to themselves or chasing an illusion. It's a hard pill to swallow but you'll be happier once it's over with. Like taking huge vitamins every freaking morning!

Everyday is a new day
I am not as happy lately. I try to be but sometimes I just can't fake it.
But I don't want to live like this, even if I am feeling upset or sad, I will try my best to live happy and think positive! Because all in all, we move on, everyday is a new day. Why waste our precious life for something we will regret in the future.
I want to be happy and smile and make other people happy.

Why did You make me Black?
Why did You make someone

Black is the color of dirty clothes,
The color of grimy hands and feet

Why did You give me thick lips,

Part Time Loner
I am starting to consider the fact that I might not have any true (best) friends! ='( Don't get me wrong, though. I have TONS of friends and people to hang out with all the time that will accept me for who I am. But if I were to pick a clique to place myself in, i don't think I'd have one. Maybe I'd be just a really popular loner. I thought I had best friends, but I am not THEIR best friends, ya know what I mean? Or maybe the way I have it now is the better way? Maybe its best not to have any true friends, but at the same time not have any enemies. Or maybe I'm just too awesome for the average homo sapien. Just kidding, i dont like to sound cocky.
There is only one person in the world I can think of that has never "left my side". I have this quoted because technically, this person has physically left my side before, but never emotionally. Actually, i take that back. There are sometimes I hate this person so much, words could not even describe, but hey, that's what keeps the friendships interesting, right!? And yet still, I feel like I have no true friends. I am not true friend material. I am depressed!! no, not really, actually, I am possibly the happiest person you know!! I just complain about pointless things like this because.. well.. its a blog. that's what this is for... right? No but seriously, some people may think I'm crazy because my true best friend is a stuffed giraffe name Gaffy! Yeah, you probably aren't pronouncing his name right. no one ever does ='( little brained people, its not even difficult! just kidding, you are smart. Oh yeah, if you can read this, you are smart:

Prom =)
So, Prom is still a while aways and all but.. its so hard to resist looking for dresses!! Jordan, which one is your favorite?
This suits more my style, but prom is supposed to more... elegant.
i just like this one because Jessica Alba is wearing it. OMG!

I AM BEAUTIFUL
This song inspires me every time I listen to it! It reminds me that i don't need to change the way i look, no matter what people might say about me, because I AM BEAUTIFUL! I suppose when the new year rolls around, my goal will be to not put myself down so much. I tend to do that a bit often, not because I think I'm ugly, but because there are always things I could improve about myself, ya know!? Wait, what? Oh, stop it.
